Whether or not to cancel any further actions for the PropertyInterceptor.

Remarks

You can cancel both get and set actions. If you set Cancel to true in a PropertyInterceptorAction no further actions will be invoked for that get or set call. In a get, the current Value will be returned from the property getter. In a set, a cancel in a BeforeSet action will cause the backing store not to be updated with the new value, while a cancel in an AfterSet action stops subsequent AfterSet actions from being invoked.
