3.8.22

Coming soon in October 2026

  • Support version 25.2 and 26.1 of the Developer Express WinForms controls.
  • Support for Visual Studio 2026

Notes

  • When uninstalling DevForce Classic in Visual Studio 2022, InstallShield may not be able to close the VS 2022 background process so it appears that InstallShield is hung/frozen. Using Task Manager, search for Visual Studio and "End Task" for any processes listed and InstallShield will complete the uninstall normally.

3.8.21

Version 3.8.21 is a maintenance release provided to add support for the latest version of Developer Express WinForms controls.

  • Support version 24.1 of the Developer Express WinForms controls. [F2389]
  • Update copyright dates.  [F2390]
  • Object Mapper can now be used in Community editions of Visual Studio. [D2751]
  • Digitally sign all *.dlls in product. [F2391]
