Cocktail release notes

Cocktail uses a three-digit versioning system. e.g. 1.3.2. Each digit indicates something specific, and in case you're curious, here is how it works:

• The first digit, e.g. 1.3.2, is only changed with major releases. e.g. from Beta to Production, etc.
• The second digit, e.g. 1.2.2, indicates a major Cocktail improvement.  
• The third digit e.g. 1.3.2, indicates a typical Cocktail release. 

We encourage you to upgrade Cocktail to the latest version.
